What we collect, and why.
This site collects very little. No memories or life experiences are collected by any form here.

Contributor interest list
What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- Which interests you selected, if any.
- A record of your consent: the wording you agreed to, its version, and when.
Why, and on what basis
To email you about the proposed contributor program. The legal basis is your consent. We ask you to confirm by email before you are added (double opt-in).
How long
Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days. Confirmed sign-ups are kept until the program opens, or for 24 months at most, and then deleted unless you join.
Withdrawing
Every email we send includes a link to remove yourself. Removing yourself deletes your record.
Partner inquiries
If you send a partner inquiry we collect your name, work email, organisation, role (optional), the area of your work and your message, so we can reply and discuss a possible partnership. We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after your last message.
Cookies and analytics
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the forms to work securely (a session cookie and a security token). We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We don’t currently run analytics.
To prevent abuse, your IP address is used briefly to limit how often the forms can be submitted. It is not stored with your details.
Who we share data with
Only the email delivery provider we use to send messages, and our hosting provider. We don’t sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time — as easily as you gave it. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
